We’re looking for those who always show up early and stay late to get the job done, the ones with dirt under their fingernails and firm handshake, the ones who the customer always requests to come work on their equipment.
Does your technician have what it takes? Find out by nominating them for the fourth annual AGCO Technician of the Year skills competition. This year will exclusively feature Fendt Rogator sprayers.
To nominate, simply tell us how your Fendt technician went above and beyond for your dealership and your customers this past year, and they could be invited to test their skill and ability against other great technicians in Jackson, Minnesota, in July, 2026.
The best of the best will be crowned the 2025 AGCO Technician of the Year—and win a grand prize of $5,000!

AGCO is excited to recognize and honor the hard work of our dealer technicians in North America and their commitment to keeping our farmers’ machines up and running. These professionals spend countless hours at work every season, using technologically advanced tools and software to provide crucial support to AGCO’s valued customers.
The Technician of the Year program was designed to test the best of the best by participating in a head-to-head, hands-on competition where they will be evaluated on their performance based on criteria, including skill, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer service. Finalists will travel to Jackson, Minnesota, and compete in a three-day competition for the grand prize.
